When you create a new order, make sure of the following:
1- Make sure of the appropriate size through the size guide inside each product
2- When you place a new order, a sales representative will contact you to pay the shipping costs
3- We allow the product to be viewed upon receipt, and measuring is not allowed
4- We allow replacement provided that the product is in the same condition as received
5- We allow returns against manufacturing defects only
